IMServ achieves healthy workplace status

IMServ based in Milton Keynes, has been commended for demonstrating its commitment to the health and wellbeing of its employees by receiving a Simplyhealth Healthy Workplace award.

Provided by healthcare provider Simplyhealth, the Healthy Workplace awards recognise the contribution that UK organisations, in both the private and public sector, make to the welfare of employees. Winners of the award provide employees with a range of initiatives and benefits that help to keep their workforce motivated and healthy.

At IMServ we recognise that our people are our greatest asset and employee engagement is one of our key business drivers. Through our employee-led engagement initiative ‘WeEngage’ we constantly look for ways to improve the well-being of our employees. We pride ourselves on the range of benefits that we offer our employees such as free fruit, bike racks and locker facilities, free eye tests and an employee assistance programme to support employees with changes in work and personal circumstances, therefore we are delighted to be recognised with this award.
