New online ehealth portal promotes easy access to expert advice on health and wellbeing

From January, leading healthcare provider Simplyhealth is giving its customers a convenient way to manage their health online. myWellbeing allows customers to book an appointment to speak to a GP, access support services and find trusted health information, from one dedicated platform. 

Accessed via Simplyhealth Online Self Service or by using a unique web address, myWellbeing is available 24/7. Customers will be able to book an appointment to speak with a GP either via telephone or via telephone and webcam. They’ll also be able to utilise the latest health assessment tools to help them to take stock of their current level of health.

Available to all new customers on our revised corporate cash plan from 1 January and to other corporate and direct customers following a structured rollout, customers will have access to the suite of tools and information which will allow them to take control of their health. Discounts with health and lifestyle providers such as Superbreaks*, Go Ape* and Merlin Entertainment*, travel advice and discounted gym membership* also form part of Simplyhealth’s myWellbeing ehealth offering.
