2015 Awards
HICFG Investigation Company of the Year
We were named Investigation Company of the Year at the Health Insurance Counter Fraud Group (HICFG) awards. The HICFG is an organisation dedicated to preventing and detecting fraud within health care.
Personal Finance Awards
We were voted Best Health Insurance Provider at this year's Personal Finance Awards. Voted for by consumers via The Money Pages, the awards recognise the very best businesses in the UK's personal finance market.
Health Insurance Provider of the Year
We were announced Health Insurance Provider of the Year and also highly commended for best claims service at the Consumer Moneyfacts Awards 2015. The awards are designed to recognise the best ‘all round' products and combines honest customer feedback with the technically best products.
2014 Awards
Team of the Year
Simplyhealth Independent Living has been named Team of the Year at the British Healthcare Trades Association’s (BHTA) Annual Awards. The award is based on customer satisfaction and feedback.
Best Healthcare Trust Provider
We were named Best Healthcare Trust Provider at the prestigious Health Insurance Awards. The Health Insurance Awards are the premier awards for the UK health insurance and protection industry. They recognise and reward excellence for both intermediaries and healthcare providers.
Best Healthcare Service provider
We were announced Best Healthcare Service provider at the 2014 Investment Life & Pensions Moneyfacts Awards. The awards recognise the products and providers that have excelled over the past twelve months and were decided following a vote undertaken by UK financial advisors over a two month period.
Customer Commitment Award
For the third year in a row, we were announced winner of the SITEL Customer Commitment Award at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards. The awards are organised by the Institute of Customer Service and recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies.
Business Superbrand
As of January 2014 we have been awarded Business Superbrand status which places Simplyhealth among the UK’s strongest business to business brands. This was co-ordinated and managed by The Centre for Brand Analysis (TCBA) and assessed on three key criteria of quality, reliability and distinction.
2013 Awards
Bristol Travel Awards
Simplyhealth won the Best Newcomer award at the Bristol Travel Awards. This was achieved due to our travel plans for the 402 employees based at the new Bristol building, Simplyhealth House
Best Health Insurance Provider
We have been named best Health Insurance Provider at the Personal Finance Awards for the second year running. This was decided following a customer vote via The Money Pages.
Institute of Customer Service
Simplyhealth won the Customer Commitment Award at the 2013 ICS UK Customer Satisfaction Awards for the second consecutive year. The awards are organised by the Institute of Customer Service and recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies.
Cover Awards
Simplyhealth was named Best Cash Plan Provider at the 2013 Cover Excellence Awards.
Peer Awards
We entered our campaign with Heart Research UK to the Customer Engagement section of the Peer Awards which won in the ‘Most Inspirational’ category. These awards are unique as the shortlisted entrants attend the Peer Awards Conference and then vote for their favourite campaigns.
2012 Awards
Personal Finance Awards
We won Best Health Care Insurance Provider at the 2012/13 Personal Finance Awards for the third consecutive year. The awards are hosted by The Money Pages and voted for by consumers.
Cover Awards
Simplyhealth won the Best Cash Plan Provider at the Cover Excellence Awards 2012. These industry awards are voted for by intermediaries.
Institute of Customer Service
Simplyhealth won the Customer Commitment award at the 2012 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards. The awards are organised by the Institute of Customer Service.
2011 Awards
Personal Finance Awards
We were named Best Health Related Insurer at the Personal Finance awards for the second year running.
St John Ambulance First Aid Awards
At the St John Ambulance Awards Simplyhealth won the prestigious Workplace Award for the Financial Services and Insurance Industry.
Consumer Moneyfacts Awards
Simplyhealth was named Best Health Insurance Provider at the Consumer Moneyfacts Awards 2011 after being voted for by consumers.
