Simplyhealth completes sale of its private medical insurance business to AXA PPP healthcare

Following clearance by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), Simplyhealth Group Limited announces today that the sale of its private medical insurance (PMI) business and Simplyhealth Administration Services Limited (SASL), which administers its self-funded business, to AXA PPP healthcare has now completed. 

Simplyhealth’s new focus is on helping customers with their everyday health needs through funding, delivery and guidance. It will continue to offer cash plan, dental, Denplan and pet health products. It plans to grow these businesses, as well as its dentistry partnerships and independent living retail business, and explore new areas in everyday health.
