Simplyhealth supports Manchester charity Moodswings with £1,000 donation

Local healthcare provider Simplyhealth has made a donation to Manchester charity Moodswings. The charity offers information, advice and support to people with mood disorders and to their friends and family. It helps people to live full, active lives and to play a full part in the community.  The funds will go towards the activity group for the recovery programme, where people can participate in activities to enhance confidence and build their self esteem.

We would like to thank Simplyhealth for their kind donation. The money will allow us to recruit more people to the group and to introduce a wider range of activities including group trips and different types of exercise as this has been found to be a stress reliever.

We are delighted to be able to support the activity group. It aims to give people the opportunity to try something new, open their horizons and develop new interests and skills as a result.
