Marlow-based CPS achieves healthy workplace status

Multi-award winning technology consultancy CPS, based in Marlow, has been commended for demonstrating its commitment to the health and wellbeing of its employees by receiving a Simplyhealth Healthy Workplace award.

Provided by healthcare provider Simplyhealth, the Healthy Workplace awards recognise the contribution that UK organisations, in both the private and public sector, make to the welfare of employees. Winners of the award provide employees with a range of initiatives and benefits that help to keep their workforce motivated and healthy.

We are delighted to achieve the Healthy Workplace Award. The Employee Forum was set up two years ago to bring about a cultural change within the business and ultimately make CPS a brilliant place to work. 

Staff have reacted positively to it, especially as everyone was given the opportunity to be part of it from the outset. With new schemes like healthy breakfast, local fruit drop and our wellbeing Yammer channel, we’re delighted to see that the Employee Forum efforts are now being realised.
