Simplyhealth appoints chief customer officer
Leading UK health solutions provider, Simplyhealth, has today announced the appointment of Claudia Nicholls as its chief customer officer.
Claudia will join Simplyhealth on 28 November, reporting to Professor Sneh Khemka, ceo.
In this newly created role, Claudia will be responsible for all sales and service teams and identifying ways to grow Simplyhealth’s core business of cash plans and dental plans. Jenni Wilson, group sales director, Dan Eddie, director of customer service, and their respective teams will report to Claudia.
Claudia brings a wealth of experience from a wide range of business sectors including retail, FMCG, publishing and fintech. Having started her career at Procter & Gamble, Claudia has also held senior commercial leadership roles at the consumer association Which? and leading price comparison website Moneysupermarket Group. She joins Simplyhealth from Snoop, the money management and budgeting app, where she was chief revenue officer.
