Simplyhealth scoops management award

Healthcare provider Simplyhealth was awarded Management Team of the Year at The Thames Valley and Solent Deal Awards ceremony last night at Oakley Hall, Basingstoke. The awards recognise key deals within the corporate finance community in the south of England and Simplyhealth was given its accolade in recognition of its recent acquisitions.

Romana Abdin, Corporate Affairs and HR Director says: "We are absolutely delighted to win this award. We have a fantastic team of people at Simplyhealth who worked tirelessly to deliver two great acquisitions - Denplan and Groupama Healthcare. Over the past ten years, Simplyhealth has been on a path of growth and diversification. By joining with these companies that share common values we are building a strong organisation for the future. I would like to thank everyone who has been involved and played a role in helping with these projects."

Other companies shortlisted to win this award were Kerridge and Leaders Lettings. Winners for the awards were chosen by an independent panel of judges which consisted of representatives from across the business and financial spectrum. The awards were organised by The Business magazine and in total 300 nominations were received for this year's awards.
