Mark Day Customer Services Director, Simplyhealth
We won the Customer Commitment award in 2012, so to be shortlisted again for this award plus the Customer Focus award is a great achievement. At Simplyhealth we are dedicated to delivering exceptional personal service and are thrilled that our ongoing efforts to put our customers first have been recognised by the ICS.

Our customer service strategies include avoiding automated phone systems so our customers get straight through to a friendly person, based in the UK. We also ensure our private health insurance customers have a dedicated nurse to help them through the claiming process should they require it, so they only need to concentrate on getting better

We know that organisations who offer world class customer service have the edge over their competitors and it is wonderful to see some of the UK's top businesses celebrating customer service excellence.
