Simplyhealth updates its corporate voluntary cash plan offering

From 1 February 2013, leading healthcare provider Simplyhealth is providing businesses with an updated corporate voluntary cash plan proposition, which includes the addition of new healthcare benefits and an increase to the annual limits on a number of existing benefits.

Available to new business from 1 February 2013, and to existing business from April 2013, Simplyhealth's corporate voluntary cash plan includes dental accident and personal accident cover as well as reflexology, x-ray/scans and medical apparel benefits (some qualifying periods apply).

With changes to the way the NHS operates set to take place over the next few years, the updates we have made to our corporate voluntary cash plan means people are able to access more services quickly and easily without GP referral. Our health cash plans are designed to compliment the NHS and provide access to healthcare when it's needed. The age limit to join has been raised from 69 to 79 and included in the plan is redundancy premium protection. With this benefit individuals can still look after their everyday healthcare needs with the reassurance that their premiums will be paid. We are the only provider in the UK at present to offer this service.
Howard Hughes, Head of Employer Marketing

Premiums start from just £2.83 per week, and can include up to four children under 18 and living at home for free. Partners can be added for an additional premium.

Simplyhealth is the UK's biggest health cash plan provider, helping people access affordable healthcare for 140 years. 20,000 businesses choose Simplyhealth as their healthcare provider. Corporate clients include major brands such as John Lewis Partnership, Tesco, Royal Mail and British Airways.
